Processing Time 

You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 48-72 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. RMA Claim

Customer needs to provide proof of purchase (invoice, money receipt) to claim warranty. Customer will pay return shipping charges for all warranty services. Independent Tech BD reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Independent Tech BD cannot guarantee the compatibility of items. Physical Damage Policy

Physical damage to any product purchased from Independent Tech BD will effectively void warranty coverage. Improper Installation, physical damage, burn case, removed or tempered stickers, damage caused by liquid or mishandling any product will void the warranty. As a result, Independent Tech BD will return any physically damaged Products back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
